Chronia Rules

 

1. Naming Policy

a. Character names must fit the medieval fantasy theme. Names resembling brands, modern words, memes, or internet slang are strictly prohibited.

b. Names containing offensive, racist, sexual, political, or religious content are not allowed.

c. Impersonating staff, mocking other players, or using misleading names is forbidden.

d. Inappropriate names will be forcibly changed, deleted, or the account will be banned depending on severity and recurrence.

Penalty:

  • 1st offense: Name deletion and warning

  • 2nd offense: 7-day ban

  • 3rd offense: Permanent ban

2. Behavior & Communication

a. Any form of toxic, offensive, or inappropriate behavior — including racism, xenophobia, harassment, defamation, or sexual content — is prohibited.

b. Disrespecting staff decisions or spreading misinformation about the server will not be tolerated.

c. Spamming, flooding, or abusing any communication channel is forbidden.

d. False reports, impersonation, or trolling support staff are serious violations.

Penalty:

  • Minor infractions: Mute or warning

  • Moderate: 7 to 30-day ban

  • Severe: Permanent ban

3. PvP and Unjustified Kills

a. Unjustified Player Killing (PK) is forbidden and strictly monitored.

b. All kills must be justifiable under game mechanics and context.

c. Luring, trapping, or orchestrating kills without cause is a violation.

d. Frag manipulation or mass-reports to trigger bans is also punishable.

Penalty:

  • 1st offense: 7-day ban

  • 2nd offense: 30-day ban

  • 3rd offense: 60-day ban

  • 4th offense: Permanent ban

4. Cheating, Bots & Exploits

a. Use of bots, macro tools, or any automation software is strictly prohibited.

b. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics will not be tolerated.

c. Multi-clienting, packet manipulation, and custom client usage are forbidden.

d. All bugs must be reported immediately. Failure to report or intentionally exploit them is considered cheating.

Penalty:

  • Immediate permanent ban for all accounts involved

5. Game Integrity & Fair Play

a. Real Money Trading (RMT), including selling characters, items, or services for real currency, is strictly forbidden.

b. Scamming, deceit, or abuse of game mechanics to harm others is prohibited.

c. Sharing accounts is at your own risk — lost access will not be restored.

d. Circumventing bans or transferring items to other accounts to avoid punishment is a bannable offense.

Penalty:

  • 1st offense: 30-day ban

  • 2nd offense: Permanent ban for all involved accounts

  • All related items/accounts may be deleted or reset

6. Staff & Rule Enforcement

a. Staff decisions are final and non-negotiable in public channels.

b. Appeals must be submitted through official means only (ticket/email).

c. Impersonating staff, threatening team members, or attempting bribery will result in severe punishment.

d. We reserve the right to take any necessary action without prior notice in cases of serious violation.

Penalty:

  • 1st offense: 30-day ban

  • 2nd offense or grave threats: Permanent ban

7. Advertising, Promotion & External Content

a. Advertising other servers, websites, or services is strictly forbidden.

b. Self-promotion (e.g., stream links, YouTube) must be pre-approved by the staff.

c. Promoting illegal or harmful content will result in immediate expulsion.

Penalty:

  • 1st offense: Mute and warning

  • 2nd offense: 14-day ban

  • 3rd offense: Permanent ban

8. Rule Changes & Final Authority

a. Rules may be updated at any time. It is the player’s responsibility to stay informed.

b. The interpretation of all rules rests solely with the administration.

c. Ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse.

d. Administration reserves the right to enforce rules retroactively in extreme cases.

Penalty:

  • Violations of newly updated rules follow the same punishment structure

  • Retroactive enforcement may include resets, bans, or item removal

 


These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website and official Discord server.
