Alai Flats, Flat 16

House

Town	Thais
Size	30 sqm, 2 beds
Price	40,000 gp
Rent	10,000 gp per week
Status	Available: the first bid starts a 7-day auction.

Bid the most you would pay. The highest bidder pays only 1 gp more than the second highest bid (or the price of the house, if no one else bids), and the current bid goes up by itself as others bid. The highest bid itself stays secret.

When the auction ends, the gold is taken from your depot in Thais. If it is not there, your account is banned for 3 days and the house goes to the next highest bidder (see the rules). Only premium accounts can bid, and a character that already owns a house, or is the highest bidder in another auction, cannot bid.
